Our Community is Stronger Together

"As the landscape in Afghanistan rapidly changes, different emotions arise for everyone, but they are especially poignant for those who served."

We fought alongside one another; now we must fight FOR one another.

"VBH was founded on the principle of connection by bridging differences across communities. We remain dedicated to this principle and we see the current events as an opportunity to reflect and ensure we are doing all we can to help tackle these important issues."

Veteran of the Month Program

Veterans Bridge Home would like to recognize our fellow Veterans who served and are continuing to serve, their community. Do you know anyone who served, who doesn't seek attention, but seems like they're always doing good? This is your opportunity to show them a little love. No matter how young or old, we encourage you to nominate a deserving Veteran today.

What can Veterans Bridge Home do for you?

Veterans Bridge Home connects Veterans and their families, in any state of transition, to the community. Through our network of partners, we help Veterans navigate employment, create social connections, and settle their families. We look at the whole Veteran and connect them to the resources needed to be successful and thriving leaders in our community.
