Our local team coordinates support for housing, employment, healthcare, benefits, financial stability and connection to the veteran community. The Metrolina team connects individuals and families with a network of local providers and follows through as needs change. Support may involve stable housing, career navigation, mental and physical healthcare, VA benefits, transportation or community connection. Because these needs often overlap, the team develops a coordinated plan instead of sending someone from organization to organization.
