Sandhills Community Blueprint Meeting

Join us for the June Community Blueprint Meeting as we focus on mental health, substance use, and holistic healing for our Service Members, Veterans, and Families.
This month’s guest presenter will be Sophia Fokas of SANARE. Sophia and her team support adults dealing with the ongoing impact of trauma while balancing work, relationships, and daily responsibilities. SANARE provides trauma-focused care designed to create steady, lasting change through compassionate and clinically grounded services.
Programs offered include:
- DBT-Focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
- Trauma-Focused IOP
- Individual Therapy
Their small-group therapy approach is led by trauma-trained clinicians who combine grounding practices, therapeutic interventions, and meaningful group connection to help individuals heal, stabilize, and grow.
Sophia and SANARE are also looking to expand support and care into our Veteran and military-connected community throughout the Sandhills region.
