Located near Fort Bragg, the regional team understands the needs of people preparing for civilian life, relocating to the area, or seeking greater stability after service. Support can include employment, housing, healthcare, benefits, financial resources, and community connection.
The Sandhills team coordinates support around the needs of the whole household. After a Request for Assistance is submitted, the team assesses the situation, creates a practical plan and connects the individual or family with appropriate resources across the region. The team follows through so that employment, housing, transportation, benefits, or health needs are not addressed in isolation.
