RESUME Review by “TRANE” and an open door to apply

A local Charlotte employer “TRANE” will be reviewing Resumes by their Talent Acquisition Staff on 14 October.

Here’s a brief overview of the process: Must UPLOAD by 7 October for proper time to review.

2. The resume will go through an automated review system that many large companies use to screen applicants, and receive a first round of feedback.
3. The applicant will have the option to improve their resume after the first automated review, but it is not required.
4. The resume will then be screened by a Trane Talent Acquisition employee who will offer personalized, actionable feedback to strengthen the resume.
5. The applicant will be invited to update their resume with the recommended changes and will be given the option to flag their resume to be considered for hiring at Trane if they would like. Trane Charlotte, North Carolina Commercial Sales Office
