Al Lampkins Command Sergeant Major (retired) Al Lampkins is a Decorated Military Veteran with 31+ years of proven experience and leadership in the United States Army, as well as civilian positions. He has served domestically and internationally. He enlisted in the Army October 1987 and retired November 1st, 2018. He has deployed to combat on five separate occasions, serving in Kuwait, Iraq and Afghanistan, and has also worked overseas, in Germany, and Korea.
A few of his awards include the Legion of Merit Medal, 5 Bronze Stars Medals, 5 Meritorious Service Medals, 7 Army Commendation Medals, 8 Army Achievement Medals
He has a Bachelor's degree in Business management from Excelsior College and will complete a Master's in Business, 2022. He has completed all levels of military education to include the Sergeants Major Academy class (62).
He now resides in the Raeford- Fayetteville area.
