Just like the annual inspection of a vehicle, VBH recommends an annual whole health self assessment. Similar to any other diagnostic, an annual self-assessment can inform your self-care plan and connections that can be made in the community on your behalf. If interested in pausing to reflect on wellbeing in this season, please email ncserves@veteransbridgehome.org or call 855-425-8838 (Step 1). Step 2, completing the self-assessment, can be done by clicking "Take The Assessment" and then "Complete Assessments". Simply follow instructions of entering your phone number or unique code provided by VBH staff.
