At Veterans Bridge Home, we serve as a bridge between Service Members, Veterans, and families, forging connections with nonprofits providing job readiness resources and businesses keen on hiring Veterans.
To realize this goal, we've spearheaded an alliance of over 1,500 employers local to the Carolinas. These companies are committed to embracing Service Members, Veterans, and military families within their workforce. We take a hands-on approach, nurturing relationships with hiring managers and talent acquisition teams. We educate them on the benefits – both in terms of revenue and company culture – that come from employing Veterans and military families.
Our network extends to over 500 top-tier local nonprofits specializing in employment readiness. This collaborative effort ensures that Veterans and families searching for employment are equipped with the skills needed for success. We even host tailored local job expos, provide mentoring programs, host ongoing job readiness training, and can make personalized referrals to the premier employers across North and South Carolina.
What sets us apart is our localized approach. We embed dedicated teams in every market we serve. This enables us to build personal relationships with hiring decision-makers, and more crucially, truly understand the Veterans and families we recommend to companies. This hands-on presence ensures tailored support, optimal connections with employers aligned with career aspirations, and a streamlined job search process.
