Jackie joined VBH in June 2023 as a Senior Employment Navigator. With over 8 years of experience in staffing, she has excelled in various roles within the industrial and tech sectors, both in sales and recruiting capacities. Throughout her career, Jackie successfully managed multiple branches and consistently implemented initiatives to support veteran hiring, enhancing client satisfaction while making a positive impact on the veteran community.

Her dedication to veteran employment began when she assisted her husband Ryan, a USMC veteran, in navigating the transition from military to civilian life and finding meaningful employment opportunities. This personal experience fueled Jackie's passion for helping veterans and motivated her to contribute to their successful integration into the workforce.

Jackie holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of South Carolina. Beyond her professional achievements, she is a proud mom to two daughters, Everleigh, aged 8, and Olivia, aged 3.
