Jessica is a Veteran spouse and caregiver. She is pursuing her Master’s degree in Business Administration at Western Governors University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. Jessica is certified in Mental Health First Aid and is a Four Lenses Instructor and QPR Suicide Prevention Gatekeeper. 

In October 2019, Jessica Salinas began working in the program of NCServes Central Carolina connecting Service Members, Veterans, and their families to resources addressing housing, employment, benefits, and many others.

Jessica continues to give back to the Military and Veteran community through her volunteer efforts with The Lone Survivor Foundation, Operation Homefront, and Deployed Love.
