Veterans Bridge Home is proud to serve Veterans, service members, and their spouses and families in South Carolina and provide them with tailored resource referrals. We are also a proud member organization of the South Carolina Veterans Coalition which leverages the technology of Combined Arms to enable Veterans to make connections for themselves. Unique to South Carolina is the Palmetto Pathfinder Program; a Veteran peer-support program that provides personal support for Veterans by connecting them to relevant resources and services in their community and assist them in accomplishing their personal / professional goals.
